Liquid enters the mixing chamber at high velocity through the centrifugal impeller, creating a controlled vacuum zone at the center of the system. This vacuum draws powder from the hopper through a regulated inlet valve directly into the liquid stream.

Because powder and liquid remain separated until the moment of mixing:

• Agglomeration is prevented

• Air contact is minimized

• Dispersion is immediate and uniform

The blended material can be circulated back to the process tank for further homogenization, ensuring consistent quality throughout the batch.
