A vegetable pulper /Hammer Mill Crusher (or vegetable pulper-finisher) is industrial processing equipment designed to extract pulp, juice, or puree from soft and hard vegetables while automatically separating seeds, skins, stems, and heavy fibers.
Pulp Separation: Centrifugal force drives the smooth vegetable puree and juice through screen perforations (typically 0.5 mm to 2.5 mm) into the main discharge outlet.
Waste Ejection: Tough skin fragments, seeds, fibers, and stems remain inside the screen cylinder and are conveyed forward out a separate refuse chute.
Feeding: Whole or pre-washed vegetables (e.g., tomatoes, carrots, ginger, potatoes, onions) enter via a top-mounted hopper.
Impact & Shearing: High-speed spinning rotors fitted with heavy steel hammers (blunt for soft produce, serrated/sharp for tough roots) strike the incoming produce at 1,400 to 2,800 RPM.
