Linear Sifter Vibrator:
A linear sifter vibrator (also known as a linear vibrating screen or linear vibratory separator) is high-capacity processing equipment used to classify, scalp, de-dust, and grade dry bulk powders, granules, and pellets.
Working Principle: Dual Motor Drive

Dual Excitation Motors: Two identical vibration motors are mounted on the screen body at equal angles relative to the screen surface.

Synchronous Counter-Rotation: The motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions. The centrifugal forces generated by the eccentric weights cancel each other out in the transverse direction and add together in the longitudinal direction.

Linear Trajectory: This concentrated force impels the entire screen box to vibrate along a straight line. Material fed onto the screen mesh is thrown upward and forward in a series of fast linear hops, separating undersized particles through the mesh while conveying oversized particles to the discharge end.
