Description
Mango Pulper Destoner Machine :
A Mango Pulper Destoner Machine is specialized food processing equipment engineered to automatically separate mango pulp and juice from the central seed (stone) and outer skin in a single continuous operation.
In commercial fruit processing lines, it replaces manual peeling and pitting, maximizing juice yields while preventing the bitter seed coat or skin tannins from contaminating the refined mango puree.
How It Works :

Feeding & Crushing: Whole or pre-sliced washed mangoes enter the feed hopper. Rotating rotor blades or hammers gently crush the fruit structure without shattering the hard seed inside.

Centrifugal Separation: High-speed rotating paddles beat the fruit flesh against a cylindrical perforated mesh screen (typically 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm pore size).

Pulp Discharge: Centrifugal force pushes the refined mango pulp through the screen mesh, collecting in the main pulp discharge chute.

Waste Ejection: The hard mango stones and tough peels remain inside the screen cylinder and are propelled forward to exit through a separate waste chute.
