The cooling conveyor operates on the principle of forced air convection cooling.
During operation:
-
Hot materials or products are placed on the conveyor belt.
-
The belt moves continuously through the cooling section.
-
Industrial fans blow high-velocity air onto the product surface.
-
The airflow removes excess heat and moisture from the materials.
-
The cooled products exit the conveyor ready for packaging or further processing.
This forced airflow significantly improves heat transfer, allowing the system to cool products much faster than natural air cooling.
